Hij benoemde vier C&#8217;s waardoor je relevantie bereikt in de digitale sfeer: community, conversie, convince en channel. Petersen gaf hoog op van twitteren en raadde zijn gehoor van marketeers en marketingconsultants dringend aan ook &#8217;tweets&#8217; te posten. Zo had een recente tweet van David Bowie, slechts een regel over opnames van een nieuw album, direct de wereldpers gehaald.
